More About Me
I am a true Seattle native with 20 years experience working in the real estate industry. My real estate career began at the age of 18. While attending college I worked weekends at a Windermere office in Redmond. Within a few months I was offered and accepted a position as Director of Marketing with an agent there and spent the next 12 years working for several top-producing agents in the greater Seattle and eastside areas. While I wore many hats and the duties of my job changed daily, the majority of my responsibilities fell within the realm of listing and marketing management because that is what I excelled at and enjoyed the most! After becoming an expert at the marketing side of things I decided to retire as an “assistant” and start my own company providing on-call services to agents when they had new listings. I spent the next 4 years running my own real estate marketing and copywriting business where agents hired me as a consultant to bring over 200 new listings on the market, always ensuring they were presented in their best possible light.
Having worked under and side by side so many top brokers who closed millions of dollars of real estate a year gives me a serious advantage because not only did I learn multiple paths to success and what marketing methods are most effective to producing sales, I was also given the opportunity to take away the best of what I learned from each of those people and create a knowledge bank of experience that one person could never single-handedly obtain. I feel fortunate for the extensive experience I have accumulated in real estate and I look forward to using it for the benefit of my clients. Real estate is truly my passion and I can’t imagine doing anything else!
